Nope Days: A Meme Roundup

The cure for overwhelm is dark humor… right?

Nope Days: A Meme Roundup

Hello Shiny Humans,

The past few weeks have held far too many shutdowns, meltdowns, and Nope Days for me. I’m working on digging myself out of the cycle, but it’s been a doozy.

I also hear that I’m not alone in this. If you’ve been struggling, I see you.

So let’s go with Comic Relief instead of Describing Pain in Detail, shall we? Here’s a roundup of internet memes that have grabbed my attention recently.

If you’d like to connect, you can reply and tell me…

  • which meme you’re connecting with most today
  • how many of these you've already seen or not seen (cuz maybe we're in the same bubble)
  • an impromptu personal story
  • a meme I missed that you think I need to see
  • …or whatever you want.

In the meantime, I’ll be in my recovery protocols: rest, meals, water, gentle movement, stimming, journaling, task triage, simple pleasures, and doing my best to not make things worse.

Affectionate emojis,
Sarah
